• You will be asked to fill out a brief intake form on your initial visit. Please arrive 15min early.    
• If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so as soon as possible. Cancelation with less than 24 hours notice is subject to a $25 fee.  Full payment is expected for no show.   
• If you arrive late, we will work with you for the remaining time, and full payment will be expected.    
• A Payment is expected at the end of session.    
• Kooma Massage Therapy offers professional therapeutic massages and bodyworks. If you behave, or speak inappropriately your session will be terminated immediately and  full payment will be expected.
